Reimbursement of Semester Fees

Once the Student Administration Office has received all required documents - as stated under Leaving the University during the Semester - you will receive a written request to enter your bank or post office account information online.

The entire refund process takes place online. Please note that a processing fee of CHF 50.00 is levied for reimbursing paid semester fees.

And please be sure to adhere to the deadlines for withdrawal from the University (15 October for the fall semester and 15 March for the spring semester). We will not refund semester fees in the case of applications received after these dates, and official withdrawal from the University will not occur until the end of the semester.
