Mental Health

Studying can be a challenging experience. Especially at the beginning of your studies, you may be overwhelmed by the sheer amount of new information and struggle to cope with the many changes. Sometimes it helps to talk about these difficulties with someone from the outside and plan the next steps together.

How Are You?

Mental health is worth talking about. The “How are you?” campaign highlights this and can provide you with very specific tips when it comes to looking after your mental wellbeing. The mind, just like the body, can be strengthened and kept in good shape. The campaign website and the accompanying app can help you monitor your emotions, offering advice on how to handle difficult situations.

Nightline

Fed up with the daily grind? Stressed out about your upcoming exams? Or stuck with a feeling of aimlessness? Nightline is an independent helpline run by students for students that offers confidential and anonymous late-night listening and information services over the phone or via chat function. If required, they can refer you to a specialist.
