Contact Form Student Services
The contact form of Student Services can be used to submit requests regarding admission, change of degree or study program, semester fees, withdrawal from the university, UZH Card and verification of documents. You can also order the following documents, among others: Confirmation of Matriculation, Confirmation of Withdrawal, Transcript of Records (if no longer matriculated), Confirmation of Doctoral Degree, confirmation of AHV contributions (until 1994).
Please note that we do not answer questions that are already answered in the FAQ or concern the processing status of your application:
To enable us to answer your inquiry as quickly as possible, it is important that you indicate whether you are matriculated or employed. Depending on your choice, different sections will appear. If you are having technical problems, please provide a detailed error description and a screenshot.
The reception of your request will be confirmed on the website, as well as by e-mail. If you don’t receive a confirmation, please resubmit your request from an alternative web browser.
